I always say that “You like what you like”. One of my earliest memories are of me at eight years old in New York Writing poems. I would hide them in my mother’s pocket book for her to find. Throughout my life, I have always quietly written. After graduating from college, I worked at different jobs, in which I was always at varying degrees of awful at. I always tried, and gave it my all, but I never felt the connection that I have with poetry. It never dawned on me to pursue what I have loved for so long. So, here I am, years later in Virginia, now married with four children. My kids are all in school full time, and it is time to pursue this passion for poetry that I have always had in my heart. I have published my debut book, “You Can Do Anything”. It is an inspirational tale written for all ages. It has touched my heart so deeply, and I hope that it touches yours as well.

When I am not writing, I am packing school lunches, making dinners that they will all eat, and frantically searching for missing clothing items that my children need for school the next day.
